Lindsey Devereux joined the firm in 2015. A native of Slidell, Louisiana, and graduate of Louisiana State University and of Tulane Law School, Lindsey is admitted to practice in all Louisiana Federal and State Courts. Lindsey focuses her practice on insurance coverage and general casualty defense.
Lindsey’s primary focus is on insurance coverage, including the evaluation and litigation of first- and third-party coverage disputes. She has experience with coverage under general property policies, general liability policies, professional liability policies, and employers’ practices liability policies.
Lindsey also works extensively with the firm’s first-party team in hurricane litigation matters. She has a strong relationship with claims professionals, working collaboratively and realistically to resolve contractual disputes and evaluate alleged bad faith claims.
In addition, Lindsey works in the areas of construction defect liability, representing the interests of both insurers and the construction professionals they insure. She has extensive experience in construction-related defense and indemnity obligations and disputes.
Lindsey has a Master’s Degree in Health Administration, and work experience in health care administration.
Lindsey is also an Assistant Examiner for the Louisiana Committee on Bar Admissions.
